Order processing begins after payment confirmation through the approved processor. You will receive order updates from the verified fulfillment provider.

Return eligibility depends on the product and the verified vendor's return policy. Refund and cancellation handling is processed through the approved payment processor. Specific return windows will be published once vendor arrangements are confirmed.

In the event of a fulfillment exception, recall, or product hold, affected orders will be addressed according to the verified vendor's policy and applicable consumer protections.

Prescription drugs are dispensed by appropriately authorized pharmacies and shipped according to the pharmacy's authorization in the destination state. Prescription shipping is handled through a separate clinical and pharmacy workflow, not through ordinary retail dropshipping.
