CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

Investigational Combination

An investigational growth-hormone secretagogue combination; no established human trials support the combination for wellness use.

Insufficient human evidenceLast reviewed October 27, 2026

CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are investigational peptides that influence growth hormone signaling through different mechanisms. CJC-1295 is an analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone, while ipamorelin acts on the ghrelin or growth hormone secretagogue receptor. The combination is promoted in some wellness settings on the theory that stimulating complementary hormonal pathways may enhance growth hormone release. This proposed interaction is not proof of clinical benefit.
